At the end of November 2022, a JFE Puzzle Tower mechanical parking building (front space use type) named “MYNS CHIBA Parking” was completed as part of the Chiba Station East Exit District Urban Redevelopment Project.

For construction on this small site, a JFE Technos “front space use type” structure was adopted to meet the mandatory requirement for the number of parking spaces attached to the main building in the redevelopment project, as parking spaces can be provided up to the edge of the fronting road from the 2nd level and above.
