Introduction of Work
Live wire heat image diagnosis
In parts of distribution boards and other electrical equipment where wiring has deteriorated, electrical resistance increases and generates heat before an actual malfunction occurs. We inspect overheated parts by thermography without interrupting the power supply and propose repairs.
Diagnosis of motor deterioration
We carry out detailed investigation and measurements for problems that cannot be discovered by ordinary inspections, and propose the optimum repairs based on the investigation and diagnosis results.
Power monitoring system
JFE Technos performs remote power monitoring and alarm monitoring (failure history) of high voltage equipment based on visualization of the equipment. We can construct a system that responds to all customer needs.
